I always refer to these funky wavy collars as clown collars, but theres no funny business going on here! Just a good knit sweater. Killer off white short sleeve sweater by College Town. Pleated sleeves, wavy ruffle collar and killer navy piping and striping throughout. Button and loop closure at the collar. A couple incredibly light spots throughout, but unnoticeable while wearing!
